What is SenTea?
SenTea is a refreshed tea and boba shop coming to 2129 FM 2920, Suite 260 in Spring, Texas. It is the new name and experience replacing The Teahouse at the same storefront.
Is SenTea replacing The Teahouse on FM 2920?
Yes. The Teahouse at this Spring location is becoming SenTea. The old branding will be retired as the new name, menu, signage, website, and public profiles launch.
Is the owner changing?
No. The ownership and storefront remain the same. SenTea is a major rebrand with a refreshed menu and customer experience.
Where is SenTea located?
SenTea is at 2129 FM 2920, Suite 260, Spring, Texas 77388, near the FM 2920 and I-45 area.
When will SenTea open?
The opening date is still being finalized. Join the opening list to receive the confirmed date, first menu look, and opening-day offer details.
What will be on the SenTea menu?
The new menu is being finalized now. Confirmed drinks, snacks, prices, toppings, and customization options will be published on the menu page before opening.
Can I adjust sweetness, ice, and toppings?
Available customization will be listed with the final menu. Options may vary by drink, so SenTea will show what works for each item instead of promising the same choices for everything.
Will there be dairy-free, vegan, or caffeine-free options?
Recipes and ingredients are still being verified. The final menu and FAQ will identify confirmed dietary and caffeine information without guessing.
Is online ordering available?
Not at the initial launch. The first website focuses on the menu, opening updates, directions, and catering inquiries. Online ordering may be added later.
Will SenTea offer catering?
Yes. SenTea is preparing drink catering for offices, parties, schools, community groups, and events. Use the catering form to share your date, headcount, and location.
How do I get the opening-day offer?
Join the opening list with a valid email address. Subscribers will receive the confirmed offer, eligible drink, date, hours, redemption instructions, and any quantity limits before launch.
